Do you work for a luxury brand?
No, I do not. Please note that I am not affiliated or employed by any of the brands shown. I do not own any of the trademarks or copyrights.
How do I know my item is 100% authentic?
Majority of the items I have consigned, I either have a copy of receipt or my client does. I also implore you to have an authentication completed by a reputable company. To prove an item is not authentic, you must obtain authentication from 2 approved authenticators and submit them directly to Chanel3mademoiselle. Please reach out to Chanel3mademoiselle in order to get the list of approved authenticators. From time to time, I sell inspired, repurposed, and VIP items. These items cannot be authenticated and therefore do not fall into this bracket. These items typically do not come with a stamp or chip or card.
When can I expect my item(s) to ship?
This depends! If I am sourcing an item for you, it can take 2-6 weeks. Usually it is shorter than that but I want to be 100% transparent. If it is an item I have on hand, my handling time is 6-10 business days and then it gets shipped out. If it is through my network, it will be handled within 7-10 business days and then will ship out. Standard US shipping takes 5-8 business days. Expedited US shipping is 1-3 business days. Standard outside of USA shipping takes 4-15 business days. Expedited outside of USA shipping takes 3-10 business days.
Can I have shipping expedited?
Yes, you absolutely can! When you check out via website you should have an option to add expedited shipping for a small fee.
Do you accept refunds, exchanges, or credits?
No, please note all sales are final. No returns, chargebacks, disputes, credits, or exchanges are accepted. No exceptions. The only time I can assist with any sort of partial or full refund is if you opt for insurance and signature on your package.
